You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh. If you are under the age of majority, you should use the platform under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing true, complete, and up-to-date information, including name, phone, email (if used), and delivery address details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTPs, and any other verification details used for account access.

Any activity performed through your account is treated as your activity unless proven otherwise. You must notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

AmarBazari operates as a multi-vendor ecommerce marketplace where different sellers may list products. The platform facilitates discovery, ordering, payment coordination, and logistics integration.

Product ownership, stock management, and primary product-level compliance remain the responsibility of the listing seller unless otherwise stated by AmarBazari.

Product descriptions, photos, pricing, stock, and availability are managed from marketplace data and may change without prior notice.

In case of pricing, stock, or technical errors, AmarBazari may cancel or adjust an order after notifying you. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to display differences.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Order confirmation may occur after payment status checks, fraud checks, stock validation, and operational review.

Supported payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and digital payment channels. You agree to pay all applicable charges shown at checkout.

AmarBazari may use third-party courier partners for delivery across Bangladesh. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to location, weather, transport issues, public holidays, or operational delays.

COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch. If delivery repeatedly fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or refusal to receive, your account may be reviewed or restricted.

Return, refund, and replacement eligibility depends on product category, condition, and the reason reported within the required time window.

Customers may request cancellation before shipment confirmation. Once the order is handed over to courier, cancellation may be limited or subject to courier workflow.

Sellers or AmarBazari may cancel orders for stock unavailability, risk concerns, compliance concerns, pricing errors, or inability to complete delivery.

Vendors must list authentic and lawful products, maintain accurate descriptions and prices, honor accepted orders, and provide reasonable post-sale support.

Vendors are responsible for fulfillment quality, compliance with Bangladesh law, and avoiding misleading claims, prohibited goods, and counterfeit items.

• Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or restricted goods.
• Fraudulent orders, identity misuse, charge abuse, or manipulation of promotions.
• Uploading harmful, false, defamatory, obscene, or rights-violating content.
• Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, malware injection, or service disruption.

Reviews and ratings must be genuine, relevant, and respectful. Misleading, abusive, promotional spam, or unlawful content may be removed without notice.

By submitting content, you grant AmarBazari a non-exclusive right to display and moderate it for platform quality and trust.

Promotional campaigns, vouchers, coin rewards, and similar benefits are governed by campaign-specific conditions, validity windows, and anti-abuse limits.

AmarBazari may revoke rewards, cancel misuse-linked orders, or suspend accounts in case of fraud, scripted abuse, multiple-account abuse, or policy violations.

Platform design, trademarks, logos, software elements, and original content belong to AmarBazari or respective rights holders. Vendor brand marks belong to the respective vendors.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use of protected materials is prohibited.

The platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

While AmarBazari works to maintain reliability and quality, uninterrupted access and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmarBazari and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from platform use, third-party courier delays, or seller-side product issues.

Any direct liability, if established, is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

You agree to indemnify and hold AmarBazari, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.

AmarBazari may suspend or terminate accounts, listings, or platform access for security reasons, legal requirements, policy violations, suspected abuse, or operational concerns.

You may stop using the platform at any time, but obligations related to prior orders and disputes remain enforceable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes, if any, are subject to the competent courts and authorities of Bangladesh.

AmarBazari may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective once published on this page with the updated date.

Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
